Custom perforated window decals are a bold and effective way to enhance any storefront or office window with business advertising or decorative designs. These decals appear opaque from the outside while maintaining visibility from the inside. Featuring micro-punctures covering 30% or 40% of the film, they create a striking one-way effect that leaves a lasting impression.
The ratio of perforations in window perf film affects the balance between print coverage and visibility. For example, a 70/30 window perf means 70% of the material is printable, while 30% comprises perforations. Common configurations for storefronts include 60/40 and 70/30. The first number represents the printable area, while the second indicates the open, see-through portion. As a result, a 70/30 perf provides more graphics space but less visibility than a 60/40 perf.
Exterior "Outside" mesh perforated window vinyl is available exclusively in a 70/30 configuration, while interior "Inside" perforated vinyl is only offered in a 60/40 format.

Installation & Care
Installation: Start with a clean window. Position the decals on the window and use a washable marker to mark placement. Remove the backing, realign to your marks, and gently press the decals onto the glass. Start in the middle and work outwards with a rubber-tipped squeegee to remove bubbles. Do not use soapy water to install perforated vinyl.
Care: If possible, hand-wash your decals with a damp cloth, avoiding pressure washers that can cause peeling. To remove it, gently peel it from the top down, then remove any leftover adhesive with soapy water or adhesive remover and a razor blade.
