Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is printed, cut, and produced specifically for your order.
As a result, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products once production has begun.
Non-Returnable Items
Our products are considered custom-made, print-to-order goods and are treated similarly to perishable goods because they are manufactured specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
- Custom-made and personalized products
- Print-to-order items
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
Therefore, all products sold by NAILSIGNS are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun, and the order cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
Please refer to our Shipping Policy regarding lost packages.
A refund or replacement for a lost package can only be processed after:
- 30 days have passed since the shipping date, or
- The shipping carrier officially confirms the package as lost.
