Custom Design Requests Policy

Feel free to reach out with any questions or to place a custom design request. To ensure we can fulfill your request efficiently, please have the following information ready:

• The exact measurements required for the design.
• A clear description of the design you have in mind.

If your desired design cannot be resized or cropped to fit your specified dimensions, we may need to hire a graphic designer to create a new custom design. Please note that this will incur additional costs.

If you choose to hire us for a custom graphic design, please provide details of the pictures you want to include, your logo, and preferred colors. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order cost is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the design. Once finalized, I will handle the printing, cutting to size, and shipping of your order.

Important:
Kindly refrain from contacting us for discounts, as all pricing is firm.
