Shipping Policy
Production & Shipping Times
Thank you for supporting our small family-owned business! All of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because every item is custom-printed and prepared just for you, please allow a few business days for production before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped from our facility in Mobile, Alabama, the estimated delivery times are:
- East Coast: 3–5 business days
- West Coast: 5–7 business days
- Hawaii & Alaska: 10–14 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding if such delays occur.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Lost Package Policy
For your protection, all shipments include shipping insurance.
A refund or replacement can be issued only after one of the following conditions has been met:
- 30 days have passed since the shipping date, or
- The shipping carrier officially confirms the package as lost.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we will be happy to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
