We specialize in custom salon signage, window graphics, posters, decals, perforated window vinyl, wallpaper decals, and other large-format printed products.

Ordering Questions
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every item is custom printed and cut specifically for your order. We do not keep pre-printed inventory.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun and the order cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes. We can print most designs in custom sizes. Please contact us with your exact dimensions before placing an order.
Do you offer custom graphic design services?
Yes. Custom graphic design services start at $60 per hour with a 1-hour minimum charge.
If a design cannot simply be resized or cropped, additional design work may be required.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order cost is required before custom design work begins.
Shipping Questions
How long does production take?
Since all products are made to order, production typically takes a few business days before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- East Coast: 3–5 business days
- West Coast: 5–7 business days
- Hawaii & Alaska: 10–14 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
What if my package is lost?
All shipments include shipping insurance.
A replacement or refund for a lost package can only be processed after:
- 30 days have passed since the shipping date, or
- The shipping carrier officially confirms the package as lost.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
No. All products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer. Therefore, returns are not accepted.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and may provide a replacement if appropriate.
Product Questions
What type of printer do you use?
We print using professional HP Latex printers with eco-friendly, water-based HP Latex inks.
Are your prints suitable for outdoor use?
Many of our vinyl products are suitable for outdoor applications. Please review the individual product description for specific durability and installation recommendations.
Are colors guaranteed to match my screen?
No. Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, materials, and printing processes.
Does perforated window vinyl allow visibility through the window?
Yes. Perforated window vinyl is designed to display graphics on one side while maintaining visibility through the window from the other side.

Do you offer discounts?
Our prices are firm. We kindly ask that customers refrain from contacting us to request discounts.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
For large quantity orders, please contact us with your requirements, and we will review your project.
